• 4+2: from € 450 to € 1050 per week
           End cleaning: € 15 each person for a minumum of € 70

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
General conditions: :
• A deposit of € 300 is obligatory and shall be kept in case of damaging.
• Gas and heating shall be paid according to consumption.

Rent period and arrival:
Hosts shall arrive on Saturday and the minimum rent perod is one week. Ecceptions are allowed only on hosts request. If not differently specified by previuos agreement the hosts shall arrive and leave as follows:
 Arrival: between 17:00 and 20:00
 Depart: between 08:00 and 10:00

• Beds for babies: available on request.
• Swimmingpool: open from May to September.
